Conveniently and securely pay your FertilityCare Practitioner after your appointment using the links below. To request additional supplies, clients must be active in follow ups (this includes long term clients checking in with their Practitioner at least once a year). Supply requests will be directed to your Practitioner and an invoice sent to the email provided.
Having Trouble Making Payments?
